We learn all about your specific needs and how we can help you. Once we have conducted our 27 point audit, we then write a report which is yours to keep, and go over our findings with you. From there we map out a plan to implement what you want according to your budget.

Purchasing

Part of the one stop shop philosophy is to provide you with a full service purchasing department. We can procure anything you need from hardware, software, printers, Cables, Services, ect, to anything else you can think of.

Installation

We can install anything we sell or anything that we inherit from another IT company that was supporting you.

On-going Support

This is where we really add value. We are available 24/7 to support your network and end users. While 95% of our work falls within the normal business work week, we are prepared to handle emergencies. Our phone system is set up to forward all emergency Voice Messages as text messages to everyone in the company. This assures that you will get a quick response in the event of an emergency.

Software Compliance

We are always looking out for our clients best interest when it comes to the threat of software piracy. We know that companies never set out to pirate software, but it does happen. We keep track and manage all new software purchases for our clients. This way we can alert them if they are ever out of compliance.

Help Desk

We are set up to work on your system remotely. This allows us a much quicker response time if we are not needed on site. This also allows us to monitor your systems if you so choose that option

Break Fix

This is our on-site repair service. When you have a problem, you want it resolved ASAP. If we can’t resolve the issue remotely, we will need to come on site. Many times, problems can't be properly diagnosed until someone is physically on site looking into them. Often times, a poorly punched down jack or some other local problem is the real issue. Being on site gives us the ability to fix these types of issues faster than remotely.
