How We Do It
Consulting. We start by conducting an audit so we can learn your needs and how we can help, transforming those results into simplified reports for you to keep and review. After, we develop a plan to integrate solutions compatible with your budget.
Purchasing. Our philosophy is to provide you with a one-stop-shop service so you don’t have to worry about going anywhere else. We’ll acquire any components you need to optimize your setup – from hardware and software to printers and everything in between.
Installation. Whether we’ve purchased it for you or you’ve procured it elsewhere, we can install any equipment you have or need.
Ongoing Support. While most of our service is performed during normal business hours, we do provide 24-hour support for any assistance you may require after hours.
Software Compliance. Your best interest always comes first. While companies don’t set out to pirate software, it can happen; so to keep this risk from occurring and to make your life less complicated, we track and manage all new software purchases for you.
Help Desk. We set up your system for easy remote access which allows for a rapid response time when we’re not on site and easy, regular system monitoring if you select to do so.
Break Fix. Some issues, like local physical connection problems, are impossible to resolve from a remote location, so we’re readily available to go to your location for resolution.
While the majority of our work falls within the normal business work week, we are available 24/7 for after hours emergency support.
